Preventative Maintenance

The Building Specialists are committed to minimising future maintenance issues for their clients by using their preventative maintenance program. This program involves photographing and reporting to Strata Managers any issue they come across, that is not part of the contracted work, they believe may become a maintenance issue in the future. Early detection of potential problems helps prevent what could be a small repair becoming a major maintenance issue.
